Young but talented: "My biggest dream is to make katmer for Osimhen"

Little master Ertuğrul Yılmaz said, "I started going to the shop with my father. Then we started making katmer. I first went to the shop with my father when I was 6. Then I became an apprentice, then I tried to become a master. We first roll out the katmer, then fold it. Then we cut it. We add the pistachios, sugar, and clotted cream. Finally, we wrap it in paper. I want to be one of the most established katmer makers in Antep. Thanks to Osimhen, I became a Galatasaray fan. I would love for him to come here. That's why I'm inviting him here. My biggest dream is to make katmer for Osimhen."

Father Emre Yılmaz said he believed his son would become a good katmer master in the future and made the following statement:
"Ertuğrul achieved great success when he started school. His energy was never-ending. We decided to channel that energy in a different way. So we started working together. He got involved with me. Things progressed faster than we expected. He started learning very quickly and grasped the details of the job quickly. When a few of his videos went viral on social media, customers came to see Ertuğrul, not us. This was a very proud moment for us."

My son now says, "My biggest dream is to make a katmer video with Osimhen." I find him truly successful. It's very difficult to train a new generation of masters in our profession. We're thrilled that a child of this age has achieved such success. It's rare to pursue such a profession at this age. We want him to pursue what he loves. We fully support his schooling and never neglect his education. But he comes to work with us in the rest of his time. He'll decide what he loves as he grows up. If he pursues what he believes in, he'll definitely be successful.
